Our Bay West Property Management Division trading Hours are as follows:                                                             Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Burst water service
Blocked or broken lavatory system
Serious Gas/Roof leak
Dangerous electrical fault
Serious Flooding/Storm/Fire/Flood damage
Failure/breakdown of the utilities (gas/electricity/water supply) to the premises.                                                               F
ailure/breakdown of essential services (hot water, cooking, heating)
Any reasonable fault or damage that may cause damage to property or that may be
considered to be unsafe or not secure.
