Tenancy Applications

At Bay West Real Estate, selecting tenants is paramount and it is here where agent and tenant relationship starts. If the start is not good, tenancy will misfire and we make sure that new tenancy is well tuned. New applications have to be diagnosed and pass our overall check up. We would rather refund the holding deposit if criteria is not met.

Management of rental arrears

All disbursements relating to your property can be paid by us from your rents collected.
